My name is Kyle Frazier and I am the owner and operator of Covenant Construction Services. I live in a Ft. Worth neighborhood called Ridglea North with my wife Kelli and my two sons, Michael and Matthew. I am a Fort Worth area native and I’ve spent nearly my entire life in the Dallas – Fort Worth metroplex. After graduating from Nolan Catholic Hi
gh School in 1997, I attended Texas A&M University and in May of 2002 I received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
For 2 years after my graduation, I worked in the Information Technology industry in the North Dallas area. It took me 2 years to realize that although I enjoyed certain aspects of my job such as constant interaction with people, I felt like I wanted a job that would allow me to spend more time outdoors and less time in an office environment. At the time, the North Texas residential real estate market was bursting at the seams so I decided to change careers.
I have always had a knack for fixing and building things so I looked for ways to utilize my skills. This talent along with the state of the residential real estate market led me to pursue construction and general contracting. For the first 2 years, I did various types of work on my own and it was during that time that I learned a great deal about all phases of the construction process.
After 2 years of working in both the residential and commercial construction industry, I noticed some things about most contractors that I didn’t like and I set out to fix them by starting my own company. What I noticed the most was a lack of customer service in all areas of the construction industry.
You can find a great number of people that have the skill sets necessary to complete major construction projects. The difficult part is trying to find the type of person that both understands exactly what you’re asking for and will go out of their way to make sure that you get what you want in the most painless way possible. That’s what Covenant Construction Services strives to accomplish. Communication is the key to achieving my goal of superior customer service and I would love the opportunity to bid your next project so that I can show you what I’m talking about firsthand.
